Aliah University has invited for applying for selected Job Oriented Course for 2015-16 session. Interested people can apply. Here is the advertisement
Aliah University is offering Vocational Training Programme under MSDP fund, Ministry of Minority
Affairs, and Government of India. Applications are invited from candidates belonging to Minority
communities residing in the fifty four (54) Blocks of Fourteen (14) Districts of West Bengal in Thirty
seven (37) different courses, who are school/college dropouts (or who cannot afford their higher
education due to poor economic background). A District-wise l i s t of approved Training
Providers, courses and other details are given on the website www.aliah.ac.in . Under this
programme, 100% of the course fee will be borne by the Government of India. Candidates will have to
deposit their original marksheet of the qualifying examination at the time of admission. The same will be
returned after the completion of the course. Alternatively the candidates will pay 5% of the course fee
at the time of admission and the same will be returned after successful completion of the course.
Interested candidates are requested to submit Application Form on their own at the concerned BDO
Office in their respective Districts. Candidates are requested to see the website for courses, Centre wise
and Block wise. The Application Form may be downloaded from the website.
